Nu Wave Swim Club holds trials and tryouts throughout the year. For High School and Middle School only swimmers, we offer a couple of special programs - our HIGH SCHOOL PREP Group, and for Middle School swimmers, a special discounted rate to joining the program:
HIGH SCHOOL PREP GROUP!
When: January thru July
Ages: 12 through 18 (Middle & High School Age Groups)

Nu Wave's High School Prep Group will specially focus on swimmers who want to maintain fitness during the off-season for High School Swimming, while developing a greater skill set and technique to perform faster where it counts - in the pool!
The group will be introduced to different forms of dryland, aerobic and anaerobic swimming, as well as drills and skills taught at the highest levels. The structure will be overlook by Nu Wave's NCAA Winning and Internationally Experienced Head Coach James Winchester.
The High School Prep group will coach swimmers from Middle School through High School who are looking for that something extra to prepare them for success in the High School environment!

MIDDLE SCHOOL INCENTIVE PROGRAM
When: Year round - from NOW till August
With: Nu Wave's Cyclone Group at UNO - coached by Brian Bardsley
Ages: 10 through 13 (Middle School ONLY)
Where: UNO Lakefront Arena
Days: Monday thru Wednesday, 4-530pm, Thursday & Friday, 4-6pm, Saturday, 8am-10am
Middle Schoolers that are interested in joining a year round swim team are being offered a SPECIAL INCENTIVE PACKAGE to joining Nu Wave's Cyclone Group at UNO. The group is focused on those swimmers that have had an introduction to the sport, but are now looking to commit and succeed 12 months a year in the pool.
The group is coached by Brian Bardsley, a former NCAA Championship Team Swimmer and former Division I Assistant Swimming Coach.
