Nu Wave Winter Peak Performance Camp
Nu Wave will be hosting its annual Winter Training Camp the week of December 26th, Monday through Friday, at UNO. The camp will be led exclusively by Head Coach James Winchester, and is open to any swimmer in the Tsunami Group and up, and will include:

2 x Long Course Meter Practices Per Day

Stroke Technique review via underwater Camera

Starts & Turns Technique Overview

Dryland and Conditioning Training

Mental Race Preparation & Practice Psychology
Schedule:
Monday 26th - Friday 30th December
Time:
7am - 4pm Daily
The camp will be available to sign up for E-Registration through our website here (http://www.teamunify.com/EventShow.jsp?returnPage=%2FEventsCurrent.jsp&id=183481&team=lawave), and will be $150 for the week.
